3. How many people are there in your factory? What is the monthly production?
Our factory have more than 300 people, and the monthly production capacity is 200,000 pieces.
4. I don't have my own design, can you design for me?
We have our own R&D team, we accept OEM and ODM. You can customize your private label, various sizes, various colors.
And, we sell our storage items as well also, that is why you see here so low rate because this is our storage items which we hope to sell them out to let our warehouse keep good turnover rate.
5. Do you provide free samples?
For producing according to your design showing your logo pattern, we can apply for free stock sample as free sample for you and you just need to pay the international express shipping cost for the sample which is about USD50 ~ USD100.
For our storage items, because very low unit price already, this kind of method we do not offer sample,
you could trust our quality because we are Shein's supplier, no low quality clothes will selling out from our factory.
6. What is the minimum order quantity for the customized order?
1000 pcs is our warehousing items minimum order quantity.
More quantity, less unit price, for our storage items of kids wear.
7. How long is the delivery time?
-Sample time:If you show us your design, we just need about 5 days after confirming samples details, to give you the exactly same one with your sample.
-Bulk order time:Needs about 7 days after confirming pre-production samples.
8. How's your after-sale service?
Our after-sale service is great. Any quality problem can be settled or replaced. Our salesmen almost 24 hours on line via Whatsapp and email.
9.How about your delivery term?
We use DHL, EMS, UPS, DPEX, etc, based on door to door delivery, send to your hands.
If your order is less than 5 cubic meters clothes, then we will help you send as LCL shipment,
if your order volume is about 28 cubic meter, then we will help you ship to you as one 20ft container,
58 cubic meter as one 40ft container.
68 cubic meter as one 40HQ container.
10. What kinds of package do you have? And do you do custom package?
OPP bag, color box, etc. Can also do custom package by customers' cost.
11. What's the payment terms?
Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union.
12.How do you control the products' quality?
We have cloth inspection, washing inspection and sampling inspection, initial inspection, re inspection, random inspection, six prosecutions to ensure quality. Each step we will take photoes or take vedios and send to you, to let you feel each step is known by your side very well too.
